Due to the nature of our product we cannot accept returns, however we do offer refunds or replacements on a case by case basis. To be eligible for a refund or replacement please email us within 30 days of receiving your order with your name, order number, and a short description of the issue. Please include photos if applicable.


If a refund is approved you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember it may take some time for the payment to post to your account. If a replacement is approved we will ship the replacement product to the address we have on file for your order.


We only accept refund or replacement requests for products which were purchased on our website, so if you purchased the product from a retailer, third party seller, or distributor you will need to contact them directly to resolve the issue.
